Email hello@makon.online. We answer within one working day, in English, Russian, Uzbek or Tajik.

Tell us your business name, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If it is about a specific contract or payment, include its number rather than a screenshot of the amount.

What you need to use the app

• iPhone or iPad running iOS 26 or later.
• An account on your organisation's Makon deployment. The app is not a public service — if your company does not use Makon yet, write to us and we will show you what it looks like with your numbers in it.
• Your business name, which you enter once on first launch so the app knows which server to talk to.

Common questions

The app cannot find my business — the name has to match the one your organisation registered with us, and the app looks it up rather than offering a list. Check the spelling with your administrator, or ask us.

I cannot sign in — five failed attempts lock an account. Your administrator can unlock it; we can too if they are unavailable.

A screen or a section is missing — what you can see follows the permissions your role has been given. That is set by your own administrator, not by us.

The Scanner will not open the camera — iOS asks once. If it was declined, turn the camera back on for Makon in the iOS Settings app, under Makon.

The app is in the wrong language — switch it under More, then Appearance and language. It does not follow the phone's language on purpose, because the sales desk and the accountant often want different ones.

Your data

The records you see belong to your organisation and live on its own server. Questions about correcting or removing a client, a contract or a payment go to your administrator, who can act on them directly.
