How it works

Find a developer
Introduce us to a construction company you know. We show them Makon together, with their own buildings in it.

Help with the setup
When they sign, you help us set them up: their buildings and flats, their existing data, their team's first days. We do the technical work.

Stay in the support group
You stay in the client's support group with us, so their questions after launch get answered and they keep using Makon.
What you earn
20% of every subscription payment the client makes in their first 12 months. Makon costs $100 per building a month, so each building earns you $240 a year; a typical project of four buildings earns you $960.

The details
- 20% of each subscription payment the client makes during their first 12 months with Makon.
- The one-time setup fee is not part of the commission.
- Every project you bring counts separately — there is no limit on how many.
- You are paid on what the client has actually paid; we agree how and when when you join.
- We do the technical setup and the support; you are the client's familiar face and stay in their support group.
